Privacy Notice
This covers what this website collects, through the waitlist and contact forms below. The app itself runs on your computer; what little it sends online is covered in the FAQ.
What We Collect
- Waitlist. Your email, your camera brand and model, the region you photograph, and the time you gave consent.
- Contact. Your name, if you give it, your email, and your message.
Why
- Waitlist. To send you one email when the app is ready, and to decide which raw formats and species regions to build first.
- Contact. To reply to you.
Where It's Stored
Cloudflare hosts this site and stores the above in a Cloudflare D1 database. Cloudflare also processes your IP address: for hosting the site, for Cloudflare Turnstile's check that a form was submitted by a person and not a bot, and in its own request logs.
What We Don't Do
No analytics. No advertising cookies. Nothing sold or shared.
How Long We Keep It
Waitlist entries are kept until launch, plus the announcement email, then deleted — unless you ask us to keep them for something else. Contact messages are kept as long as it takes to reply to them.

Write to hello@birdflow.app to see what we hold about you, or to have it deleted.
